When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message by email. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and help you connect with the association. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Messages, logs, and backups

Contact messages are held in the association’s email system and may be included in server backups. Our web server also records technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information, to operate the site and investigate errors or misuse.

WordPress uses functional cookies for administrator sign-in. No advertising or analytics tools have been added to the current site. Links to maps, resources, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions and requests

To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@spokanetw.org. Copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced. We will update this notice when the site’s practices change.
